Hot tubs are heavy, awkward to move, and usually too big to fit through a standard gate in one piece. We handle the disconnection and breakdown on site, then haul away every piece, including the shell, frame and cabinet.

Please have the power to the spa disconnected by an electrician if it's hard-wired, and drain any remaining water. We'll take care of everything else.

Do I need to drain the hot tub first?
Yes, please drain any remaining water before we arrive. If the unit is hard-wired, have an electrician disconnect the power beforehand as well.
Can you get a hot tub through a narrow side gate?
In most cases yes, since we break the unit down on site rather than moving it in one piece. Send us photos of the access path so we can quote it accurately.
Do you remove the hot tub cover and frame too?
Yes, we haul away the full unit, including the shell, frame, cabinet and cover.
